All fees paid towards registrations, certifications, or any other services on the Certificate Portal are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been processed, no cancellations, chargebacks, reimbursements, or refunds will be entertained, regardless of the reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this No-Refund Policy in full.
